Device Cooling

Many types of instruments produce waste heat, and require external cooling to function.  Applications include, but are not limited to:

  • Scanning electron microcopes
  • HPLC Syringe pumps
  • Photospectrometer cameras
  • High-power laser diodes
  • VOC autosamplers
  • High temperature extensometers
  • Cement Consistometers

These applications require a bath/circulator with sufficient temperature range and pumping power.  Baths are available in open and closed-loop formats; it is important to match bath type with the instrument’s cooling system configuration.  Bath reliability is crucial, since most applications involve costly instrumentation with high uptime expectations.

Compact dimensions are also highly favorable, to make best use of bench space.  Small footprint is also a plus for use in cart-based instrument systems.
