Customer Service Manager

Duties include: managing sales funnel processes, communications with domestic and international sales, updating product and customer information in both corporate and channel partner enterprise systems, interfacing with finance on receivables, managing letters of credit, supporting the Marketing and Marketing Communications groups, and reporting to the management team on sales trends.  Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline , with 5+ years experience in the field, and possess the following skills: proficiency in both CRM and Office Suite software, very high attention to detail, focus on accuracy and dependability, highly developed communication and technical writing, continuous improvement mindset, strong personal organization, multi-tasking, and a be self-motivated team player.​  Full-time with benefits: health insurance, generous time-off policy, 401K & annual bonus plan.

Shipping Clerk

Duties include: inspecting, and packaging, and cleaning oversized laboratory equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  High attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to work in a team environment required.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  Fork lift experience is a plus.  Full-time with benefits: health insurance, generous time-off policy, 401K & annual bonus plan.

Sales Administrator

Duties include: working with domestic (US) sales team entering quotes and orders, updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system, assisting sales managers with funnel maintenance, and Marketing department with trade show campaign management, fulfilling literature requests, and other projects as required.  Additional responsibilities include acting as primary phone and front desk receptionist.  Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of relevant sales support background, and possess the following skills: experience with either Sage CRM, Salesforce.com or similar customer relationship management software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.    Very detail-oriented, strong personal organization skills, multi-tasker, self-motivated, team player.​  Full-time with benefits: health insurance, generous time-off policy, 401K & annual bonus plan.
